Since receiving his master’s degree in international public administration at American University, Jim has lived and worked in Washington – on Capitol Hill, with Congressional Quarterly research and the Bureau of National Affairs. He started WTD in 1988.</div> <bR> <div> Mary Berger – an English major from Goucher College – also has intensive writing and editing experience in international trade and taxes. She was senior tax reporter and editor at the Bureau of National Affairs in Washington.</div> <bR> <div> Devarakonda Ravi Kanth – WTD’s Geneva-based editor – has extensive experience in covering trade from India and Geneva. He has worked with WTD in Geneva since 2000.
